Nectarine & Banana Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way of incorporating fruit and veg into your diet if you don't like eating them. I personally don't have that problem, and I eat my fruit and veg as a snack and I also try to have a smoothie for breakfast couple of times a week. I have been playing with a lot of ingredients smoothies, but I seem to like the simplest drinks. Today I will share with you my latest favourite - nectarine and banana combination. It's sweet and fresh, makes you feel like your on vacation, somewhere on the beach. I am using frozen nectarines, as I don't like adding ice to my drinks, but if you want, use fresh fruit.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of nectarines
- 1 cup orange juice or water
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more water or orange juice to a desired consistency. Serve immediately.
